This bird was raised how chickens are meant to live: outside, on grass, with room to forage and just be chickens. There are no hormones, steroids, or antibiotics used and the taste is out of this world! This efficient growing breed is known for large ratios of white meat and they have less saturated fat and higher levels of protein and collagen compared to conventional poultry!
