Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups whole grain flour (sub with almond flour for gluten-free)
- 1½ cups monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (e.g., Jocko)
- 1 Kakadoodle Pasture Raised Egg
- ½ cup A2 Cow Milk (sub with almond milk for dairy-free)
- 1 cup Hu or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together:
- Olive Oil
- Coconut oil
- Monk fruit sweetener
- Vanilla extract
- Kakadoodle egg
- A2 Cow Milk
- In a separate bowl, combine:
- Whole grain flour
- Protein powder
- Baking powder
- Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 20 evenly sized balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten.
- Bake for 15–17 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
