Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups whole grain flour (sub with almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1½ cups monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (e.g., Jocko)
  • 1 Kakadoodle Pasture Raised Egg
  • ½ cup A2 Cow Milk (sub with almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup Hu or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together:
    • Olive Oil
    • Coconut oil
    • Monk fruit sweetener
    • Vanilla extract
    • Kakadoodle egg
    • A2 Cow Milk
  3. In a separate bowl, combine:
    • Whole grain flour
    • Protein powder
    • Baking powder
  4. Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough into 20 evenly sized balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten.
  7. Bake for 15–17 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
