Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

You bet! We have a few pickup points available, including our farmstand. You can find directions at kdodl.com/directions.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Yes, the minimum order for free delivery is $30. Orders below this amount will incur a $6 delivery fee.

Do you want the cooler bags, egg cartons, and ice packs returned?

Yes! Leave them on your front porch the morning of a delivery, and our driver will pick them up when they drop off your order.

Are your products organic?

Most products on our site are not certified organic, but all adhere to organic practices. We guarantee that every product is free from chemicals, including pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and herbicides, and that animals receive high-quality Non-GMO feed.

Why not organic?

Many of farmers on our site are not organically certified due to the high costs, which can be prohibitive for small producers.

How do I update my credit card on file?

You can update your card by visiting kakadoodle.com/account and clicking on account settings. There, you can view and update your active credit card.

How do I add products to my order, and when is the order cutoff time?

The order cutoff time is Monday at 12 AM. Orders will be locked in for the week at that time, and your credit card will be charged. Until then, you can modify your cart by adding or removing products.

Can I skip an order?

Yes, go to kakadoodle.com/account to view your scheduled orders. Under each order, there is a “skip this delivery” link that you can use.

Where can I view my scheduled orders?

You can see your scheduled orders in your account at kakadoodle.com/account.

Can I change the time of my delivery?

Unfortunately, no. You will receive a delivery timeframe in your confirmation email. We deliver in cooler bags with ice packs, so you don’t need to be home. Alternatively, you can choose to have your products delivered to a pickup point for convenience.

Can I move my order to a different day?

Yes, you can skip your current order and place a new one for a different day. If it’s easier, you can reach out to us, and we’ll move the order for you.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Go to kakadoodle.com/account to view your active subscriptions. Click the “manage” link under the subscription you’d like to pause or cancel and select “pause or cancel subscription.” You can choose how long to pause or opt to cancel it.

How can I set up a new subscription?

When adding a new product to your account, you can select the subscription option if available.

How can I manage how often my subscriptions are delivered?

Go to kakadoodle.com/account to view your active subscriptions. Click on “manage subscription” next to the subscription you’d like to modify, and select how often you’d like to receive it. Options include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Do you provide a specific delivery timeframe, and how long can my order stay outside?

A delivery timeframe will be provided in your Sunday confirmation email. In most weather conditions, orders can stay on your porch for a couple of hours, or longer. You will receive an email and text notification when your order arrives. If you're concerned about your order staying outside for too long, consider selecting a pickup location where it will be safely stored in a refrigerator.

Can I gift an order to someone else?

Yes! As long as the recipient is in our delivery area, you can message us with the delivery details.

What happens if my order is left on the front porch for a while?

Your order will be delivered in a cooler bag with ice packs, designed to stay fresh for an extended period. However, for the best experience, we recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible.

Can I come to your farm, and what are the farmstand hours/location?

Yes! Our farmstand is open from 9 AM to 4 PM and offers unwashed eggs and honey.

Are the unwashed eggs "safe" to store on the countertop and use?

Yes, unwashed eggs are safe to store on the countertop and use. They naturally have a protective coating called the "bloom" that prevents bacteria from entering and keeps the eggs fresh. It’s best to store them in a cool, dry place and use them within a few weeks. Once washed, they should be refrigerated.

Do you sell hens?

Yes, we occasionally have hens available for sale. To be notified when hens are available, email us at hi@kakadoodle.com to join our notification list.

Do you have raw milk available?

We do not have raw milk available at this time.

What do your chickens eat (corn/soy-free)?

Our chickens are fed a high-quality, balanced diet that includes Non-GMO grains, primarily corn and soy, along with essential vitamins and minerals to support their health and egg production. This aligns with our commitment to clean, sustainable, and nutritious food practices.

Do you have summer fruits, vegetables, etc.?

Yes, we offer summer fruits, vegetables, and other seasonal produce. If it can be produced locally without chemicals, we make every effort to have it available during its local growing season.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, visit kakadoodle.com/gift to purchase a gift card.

Is your beef grass-finished?

Yes, our beef is grass-finished, meaning the cattle are raised on pasture and fed a diet consisting entirely of grass and forage throughout their lives for a natural and nutrient-rich product.

Is livestock vaccinated with any mRNA-based vaccines?

No, our livestock is not vaccinated with any mRNA-based vaccines.
