Hope everyone had a great spring break and Easter weekend! Many of you gathered with friends for brunch so we wanted to add a few new brunch ideas for your future menus, using Kakadoodle ingredients. Especially since we just added many new pork options!
Here are some Kakadoodle twists on classic brunch recipes:
- Sourdough Biscuits and Gravy: using Ophelia sourdough starter, pork sausage and A2 cow milk
- Egg & Chorizo Breakfast Burritos: using chorizo pork sausage and chicken eggs
- Pancakes with Homemade Whipped Cream: using heavy cream, Harvest Butter and chicken eggs
- Bacon-wrapped Quail Eggs: with nitrate-free bacon and quail eggs
