Collecting eggs takes some grit: you're in the elements, moving carefully around the flock, and not every day is postcard weather. Then you're back washing, grading, and packing with steady attention to detail.
We love people who genuinely enjoy being outside in the beauty of nature—and who are OK when that same beauty means mud, wind, or freezing temps. If you can laugh off a muddy boot and still nail the process indoors, you'll fit right in.
What we're looking for: Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical, all-weather outdoor work plus repetitive indoor tasks. Training provided on our standards.
