Think installing a water line in the chicken coop, hanging doors, welding repairs, and tractor work when something needs fixing or improving. We're after someone who can assess a problem, use the right tools safely, and leave the job solid—not a quick patch that fails next freeze.

What we're looking for: Real skill across trades (or deep strength in one plus willingness to learn), reliability, and comfort working on an active farm where priorities shift with weather and animals.
