Just over an hour south of us lies DuChick Ranch, run by Ed Dubrick and his wife Lindsey out of Cissna Park, Illinois. What started in 2020 as a backyard poultry venture has grown into a full­-on diversified farm raising pastured chickens, turkeys, produce, and more.  Ed brings a hands­-on, regenerative mindset to every project—expanding thoughtfully, stewarding each parcel of land, and always keeping local community at the heart of what they do.
