Infusco Coffee Roasters is led by Aaron out of Sawyer, Michigan, where he roasts small-batch, single-origin coffee rooted in real relationships. Aaron regularly travels to Guatemala to visit the growers he works with, sharing meals in their homes and building friendships that guide every decision he makes. These families farm heirloom coffee on steep mountainsides, navigating droughts, labor shortages, and rising global prices. Infusco pays them fairly and sources directly so every cup honors the people who grow it and the community that roasts it.
