Manna Organics is a small, family-run organic bakery in Lisle, owned by Markus and Shanti Schramm. They’ve been crafting sprouted and traditionally fermented breads since 2008, all certified organic and baked in small batches without added oils, sugars or preservatives. Their approach is simple: real ingredients, gentle methods and bread that actually feels good to eat. We’re excited to bring their locally made, organic loaves into the Kakadoodle marketplace.
