Windy City Organics began with founder Alex Malinsky, whose own battle with asthma as a teen pushed him into the world of raw food, superfoods, and eventually chocolate making. Long before “raw chocolate” was a thing, Alex set out to craft something better — real cacao, minimally processed, and sourced in a way that genuinely supports the people who grow it. Today, he works directly with small family farm cooperatives in Peru, where heirloom cacao has been tended for generations.
