recipe Baked Feta

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 oz. block Nordic Creamery Sheep Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup pitted olives, drained
  • ⅓ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • French Bread or crostinis
  • Microgreens to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add feta to a small baking dish.
  3. Add olives and tomatoes to the baking dish around the feta.
  4. In a small dish combine olive oil, sliced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over the block of feta, tomatoes and olives.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped microgreens and sliced French bread or crostini.
