πŸ›’ Ingredients:

  • 5 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 large Pasture Raised Eggs
  • 1 scoop 100% whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Β½ cup Hu dark chocolate chips (or any dark chocolate chips)
  • 2 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease or line a 9x9” baking pan or use a muffin tin for brownie bites.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared pan or spoon into muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer.
