Made with ripe bananas and real, locally sourced Pasture Raised Eggs, this recipe makes snacking both delicious and nourishing.

π Ingredients:
- 5 ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 large Pasture Raised Eggs
- 1 scoop 100% whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Β½ cup Hu dark chocolate chips (or any dark chocolate chips)
- 2 tsp baking powder
π©βπ³ Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease or line a 9x9β baking pan or use a muffin tin for brownie bites.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the eggs, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan or spoon into muffin cups.
- Bake for 25β30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for longer.

- Add 1β2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed meal for extra fiber.
- Use almond butter for a richer texture.
- Add a pinch of sea salt and vanilla for enhanced flavor.
