These Double Protein Pancakes are a Kakadoodle community favorite because they’re easy to blend, naturally filling, and packed with clean protein to support steady energy all morning long.

Ingredients
(1 large serving or 2 smaller servings)
- 2 large pasture-raised eggs
- ½ cup blended oat flakes
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
(whey or plant-based both work) - ¼ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional Add-Ins
- ¼ cup blueberries or chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Let batter rest for 2–3 minutes (thickens slightly).
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour batter into pancakes (about ¼ cup each).
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until set and lightly golden.
- Serve immediately or cool and store for later.

- Spread with nut butter
- Add a protein drizzle (Greek yogurt + cinnamon + splash of milk)
