These Double Protein Pancakes are a Kakadoodle community favorite because they’re easy to blend, naturally filling, and packed with clean protein to support steady energy all morning long.

Ingredients

(1 large serving or 2 smaller servings)

Optional Add-Ins

  • ¼ cup blueberries or chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax or chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Let batter rest for 2–3 minutes (thickens slightly).
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  5. Pour batter into pancakes (about ¼ cup each).
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until set and lightly golden.
  7. Serve immediately or cool and store for later.
