🌾 Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ¾ cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 local eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp onion powder (optional)
Optional Add-ins:
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese or Parmesan
- Chives, green onion, or Italian seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth (using a quick blender or immersion blender).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and blended cottage cheese.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and seasonings until a thick batter forms.
- Scoop ¼-cup portions onto the baking sheet and gently shape into biscuit rounds.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
