article Eggs Are Coming, and Maybe a Party đ

Wowâ70 degrees today! It finally feels like spring. Hope youâve had a chance to get outside and enjoy it. Yesterday, we did just thatâenjoyed some wine on the patio with our friends at The Wine Thief. It felt so good to be out in the fresh air, with good company. One of those small moments that reminds you just how much weâve missed the simple impromptu get-togethers.
While we were chatting with them, we started tossing around ideas for a re-opening party for the farm once the quarantine is finally over. No set date yet, but weâre getting excited about it and will definitely keep you posted as the plans start to take shape.

Is there a better way?
We recently shared a post on Facebook about RFK Jr.âs vision for a better food system. Politics aside, it raises a powerful question: What if our food system actually supported farmers, healed land, and fed communities with clean food?
The article isnât exactly optimistic about that kind of future â but itâs one weâre working toward. Weâre not trying to feed the world, just proving whatâs possible in our little corner of it.
đ Check out the post here. Let us know what you think.
Thanks for sticking with us through the quiet season. We canât wait to open our farm gates again, share some food, music, and laughsâand weâre already dreaming up what that celebration will look like.
Until then, enjoy the sunshine, cook something good, and donât forget that when you shop at Kakadoodle, youâre supporting local farmers and putting clean, honest food on your table.
