There’s something special about a summer grill session when the ingredients are local, clean, and chemical-free. This recipe brings together the robust flavor of Kakadoodle’s grass-fed spare ribs with the fresh crunch of garlic-sautéed green beans. Every bite is a celebration of sustainable farming and real food you can feel good about feeding your family.

Ingredients

  • 1 rack Kakadoodle Farms grass-fed spare ribs
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (Wild Branch preferred)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 2–2.5 hours.
  3. Remove ribs from oven, brush with sugar-free BBQ sauce, and finish on a preheated grill for 5–10 minutes until caramelized.
  4. While grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and green beans.
  5. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until beans are bright green and tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve ribs hot with a side of garlicky green beans. Enjoy!
