This recipe brings together the robust flavor of Kakadoodle’s grass-fed spare ribs with the fresh crunch of garlic-sautéed green beans. Every bite is a celebration of sustainable farming and real food you can feel good about feeding your family.
Ingredients
- 1 rack Kakadoodle Farms grass-fed spare ribs
- 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil (Wild Branch preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Place ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 2–2.5 hours.
- Remove ribs from oven, brush with sugar-free BBQ sauce, and finish on a preheated grill for 5–10 minutes until caramelized.
- While grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and green beans.
- Sauté for 5–7 minutes until beans are bright green and tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve ribs hot with a side of garlicky green beans. Enjoy!
