👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Mix gently—just until combined. Avoid overworking the meat for best texture.
  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs (you’ll get about 16–18).
  4. To Bake: Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush or spray lightly with olive oil, and bake for 18–20 minutes.
To Air Fry: Spray meatballs lightly with oil, place in air fryer basket, and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Serving Suggestions:
    • Simmer in marinara for 30 minutes for deeper flavor
    • Serve over zucchini noodles
    • Nestle into lettuce wraps with a dollop of tzatziki

These meatballs are a testament to how nourishing can also mean delicious. Made with clean, local ingredients you can trust, this dish supports both your health and sustainable farming practices in our community.
