- 2 large [Pasture Raised Eggs](https://kakadoodle.com/shop?search=Pasture Raised Eggs)
- 1 cup Almond flour
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch sea salt

Preheat oven to 375β400Β°F (400Β°F gives crispier edges).

Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.

In a bowl, combine:
- Blended cottage cheese
- Eggs
- Almond flour
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan
- Seasonings
Mix until a thick dough forms.

Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and press into an 8β9 inch circle, about ΒΌ inch thick.

Transfer to a baking sheet and pre-bake 14β16 minutes until golden and set in the center.
