recipe High-Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip
This week Erin shared a killer high-protein buffalo chicken dip recipe with us (see below). Funny enough, just a day later, one of our customers, Cheryl, messaged to say she had made a similar high-protein queso using blended cottage cheese β and loved it. Without a microwave, she popped it in the oven to warm, and said she was pleasantly surprised by how creamy and satisfying it turned out.

π Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- Β½ cup buffalo sauce
- Β½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp onion powder
- Optional Toppings: Ranch seasoning, blue cheese crumbles, chopped green onions
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375Β°F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions or blue cheese if desired.

- Whole grain wraps
