🌱 Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded Whole Chicken
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1½ cups high-protein noodles (or swap with spiralized zucchini for a low-carb alternative)
🍲 Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the broth, carrots, celery, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the shredded chicken and your noodle of choice (either high-protein noodles or zucchini noodles).
- Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors are well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
