Start your morning off strong with these wholesome, fluffy Protein Jacks β a delicious, energizing pancake recipe crafted with locally sourced, chemical-free ingredients. Perfect for breakfast or post-workout fuel, these pancakes are packed with clean protein and nutrients to keep you satisfied and balanced.
π Ingredients (Makes ~8 pancakes)
- Β½ cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
- ΒΌ cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 large eggs
- Β½ tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp cinnamon
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- ΒΌββ cup milk of choice β A2 Cow Milk is an excellent, gut-friendly option
- Pinch of salt
β Optional Add-Ins
- Blueberries or mixed berries
- Mini dark chocolate chips
- ΒΌ cup mashed banana
- Chopped walnuts
π½οΈ Directions
- If using whole oats, blend them into flour for a smooth batter.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or bowl and mix until smooth.
- Let batter rest for 2β3 minutes. (This step helps the pancakes get extra fluffy!)
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter to form pancakes and cook ~2 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.

- Cottage cheese + cinnamon
