- 8 large Kakadoodle eggs
- 1 cup Kakadoodle cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 1 handful of fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil for greasing the dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with olive oil or a non-stick spray.
