article Spice it up with Ground Meats and a new product!
With Valentine's Day and the Super Bowl over, mixed in with this snowy day... we are so ready for spring to come! Since we source our foods locally, the seasons play a huge role in what we are able to offer. If there is something you are hoping to see added to our marketplace, please let us know. We are always on the hunt to bring you what you want.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT: Ground Pork
This weekend calls for some comfort foods. If you are looking to mix up your standard recipes, consider making some dishes with Ground Pork that is new to our Kakadoodle marketplace. This Heritage ground pork is 100% antibiotic and hormone free and fed a non-GMO diet. Ground pork tends to have a slightly sweeter and milder flavor compared to ground beef. It's incredibly versatile and can be used in a varitey of dishes from Asian-inspired stir-fries to Italian meatballs.
If you are looking to mix with other ground meats, we also have ground turkey, 2 varieties of ground beef and also ground sausage.
FEATURED RECIPE: Egg Roll in a Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 whole pasture raised eggs

DIRECTIONS
