Ingredients (10β12 muffins)
- 1 cup shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
- 3 large eggs
- ΒΎ cup cottage cheese, blended
- ΒΎ cup almond flour
- Β½ cup grounded oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
