These Cottage Cheese Everything Bagels are made with wholesome, sustainable ingredients that keep your body fueled and your taste buds happy. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a hearty snack!

Ingredients (makes ~6 bagels)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. In a bowl, whisk the Kakadoodle eggs, then stir in cottage cheese.
  3. Add almond flour, organic or Einkorn flour, baking powder, salt, and bagel seasoning. Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape into rounds and poke a hole in the center to form bagels.
  5. Place on baking sheet. Brush tops with Wild Branch Olive Oil and sprinkle with extra bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
