Aaron, the owner, travels directly to family farms in Guatemala to source beans with care and integrity. These aren’t just “fair trade” in name only—he personally knows the families, shares meals with them, and brings that connection home in every roast.

Instead of cutting corners, Infusco is choosing to keep paying fair wages to farmers and continue the direct-trade model that guarantees quality. That means we all pay a little more—but what we’re really buying is dignity, sustainability, and the best cup you’ll sip all week.
