- 4 large bell peppers (any color, tops removed, seeds and membranes removed)
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 lb Kakadoodle Farm’s Ground Beef
- 1 cup cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup pizza sauce (low-sugar or sugar-free, if preferred)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for topping)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the peppers upright.
